We are delighted to have a Swedish entity, JA Brooks AB in our group of companies which also provides a great base for us to expand further into Europe.

As part of this growth, we are proud to have established JA Brooks GmbH in Germany, a dedicated entity that underscores our commitment to the region. Our work in Germany has focused on delivering cutting-edge data centre solutions, leveraging our advanced prefabrication capabilities to meet the exacting standards of these mission-critical facilities. These projects not only highlight our technical expertise but also demonstrate our ability to operate seamlessly within live environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Our Swedish entity, JA Brooks AB, continues to provide a strong base for further expansion across Europe, supporting a variety of industrial and infrastructure projects. With plans already in place to expand into Amsterdam, we are poised to bring our expertise to new markets, further solidifying our reputation as a trusted partner for complex engineering solutions.

To date, our European portfolio includes:

• Data Centre Construction: Delivering comprehensive mechanical and public health services for state-of-the-art data centres, including prefabrication of modular systems that reduce on-site labour and accelerate project timelines.
• Battery Manufacturing Facilities: Supporting the transition to renewable energy with large-scale projects for the manufacture of batteries used in consumer products, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems. There is a drive in Europe to accelerate the transition from the use of fossil fuels to renewable energy in, among other things, the transport sector, and we are excited by the further opportunities that will come our way.

Our advanced prefabrication facility, The POD, plays a central role in our ability to deliver these projects efficiently and sustainably. By shifting extensive pipework and modular system fabrication off-site, we enhance quality control, reduce waste, and optimise installation processes. This ensures we can offer tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our European clients while supporting their sustainability goals.

These types of projects attract large pipework services which perfectly suits our prefabrication facility meaning we are well positioned to offer both labour and materials to our European clients.
