There was much excitement as we delivered two prefabricated plate heat exchanger module units to a confidential project in West London this weekend.
Due to site constraints, and to provide the client with an engineering solution, we designed and manufactured the module units off-site in our prefabrication workshop.
This included producing a self-supporting bracket support system using the steelwork frame to support the mechanical services pipework due to the congested high level building services above.
We are proud to have manufactured fourteen prefabricated equipment skids in total for the same project, which have significantly reduced the labour hours onsite, whilst also reducing the project construction programme by up to six weeks.
