Project Details
The development at the northern end of The Knightsbridge Estate is a mixed-use scheme of 340,000sqft (31,600sqm). The project combined commercial, retail, and residential space in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Designed by ChapmanBDSP, the scheme is a comprehensive redevelopment of a large site bordered by Brompton Road and Sloane Street in the heart of Knightsbridge.
The development creates a modern, high-end retail and office space, 35 high end residential units and a new rooftop restaurant. It retains the site’s historic facades whilst modernising the building and maintaining the neighbourhood’s architectural character.
Our Contributions
Our contribution mainly involved:
- Mechanical and Public Health pipework installations serving the offices including CAT A fit out.
- Mechanical and Public Health pipework installations serving the retail.
- Mechanical and Public Health pipework installations serving the residential units (shell and core)

Safe Installation Tight Spaces
We succeeded in installing large 600mm diameter prefabricated headers in the tight spaces of the basement plant rooms
